Simple Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 , peeled and pitted
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled, finely chopped
  Green chili peppers 2 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mash avocados'in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes [ROASTS, 6 to 8 minutes].
Stir once during cooking.
