Guacamole

This guacamole recipe is prepared with ripe avocados and yogurt. Flavored with chilipowder, onions and tabasco sauce, the guacamole is seasoned to taste and best served with tortilla chips a healthy snack.
Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled, deseeded and chopped
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (About 1 Container)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tortilla chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Cut avocados in half lengthwise; peel and re-move seeds.
Mash in a medium bowl.
Stir in onion, chili powder, Tabasco, salt, pepper and tomatoes; mix until smooth.
Stir yogurt until creamy.
Add to avocado mixture with lemon juice; blend well.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
