|Ripe avocado||1 Large|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||1 Small, peeled, seeded and finely chopped|
|Chopped green shallots||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Peel and stone the avocado, mash with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and add more lemon juice if you wish. Serve over lettuce leaves or as a garnish for tacos, steak or poached chicken; or as a dip with corn chips.
