Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 , peeled
  Lemon juice 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Tomatoes 4 , skinned, deseeded and chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Celery stick 2 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 1 Fluid Ounce (30 Milliliters Or 2 Tablespoons)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Mash the avocados and blend with the other ingredients.
2 Chill and serve with crudites, celery and carrot sticks, and chunks of pepper.
