Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel the avocados and tomatoes and mash together thoroughly until smooth.
Add the onion, lemon juice, olive oil, and hot pepper sauce.
Blend well.
Season to taste.
Chill.
Serve with crisp Middle Eastern bread or corn chips.
