Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 8 Ounce
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Canadian bacon 4 Ounce
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mild green chilies 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley/1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro/1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In medium bowl, using a fork, mash avocado with lemon juice into a smooth pulp; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
