1. Chop onion, avocado, tomato, and jalapeno pepper as shown in the video.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine onion avocado, tomato, jalapeno pepper, and lime zest.
3. Add lime juice, salt, olive oil, and cilantro leaving little bit for garnish. Mash and mix well.
4. Garnish guacamole with cilantro and serve it with tortilla chips.
Cut tomato with or without seed.
If you want your dish to be spicy then chop jalapeno with seed.
