Avacado Guacamole

Ingredients
  Avocado 2
  Green onions 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 1 Tablespoon (for garnishing)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , wedged (for garnishing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Blanch tomato till the skins get off.
2. Chop green onions, crush the garlics.
3. Cut avocados and take out the seed.

MAKING
4. Scoop out the avocados and put in a medium sized bowl.
5. Add green onions and garlic to the avocado.
6. Sprinkle salt and add in balsamic vinegar.
7. Combine the mixture.

SERVING
8. Top avocado guacamole with blanched tomatoes and lemon juice.
9. Garnish with spring onions and lemon wedges.
