NHL Steve Gainey's Raw Guacamole And Organic Winter Pantry Salsa

Former Kamloops Blazer and NHL Hockey Player Steve Gainey joins Colin & Susan for Easy Real Whole Food Fast. Steve, who now owns Taco Del Mar, shows us how to make fresh authentic guacamole, while Colin digs through the pantry to make simple winter salsa.
Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Medium, scraped (for guacamole)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), mince (for guacamole)
  Tomato 1 Large (for guacamole)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon (for guacamole)
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped (for guacamole)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste for guacamole)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (for guacamole)
  Organic tomato 400 Gram (1 tin for organic winter pantry salsa)
  Organic corn kernel 400 Gram (1 tin for organic winter pantry salsa)
  Organic kidney beans 400 Gram, drained and washed (1 tin for organic winter pantry salsa)
  Lime 2 Medium, squeeze (organic winter pantry salsa)
  Pesto garlic spice blend 2 Tablespoon (organic winter pantry salsa)
  Prima vera spice blend 2 Tablespoon (organic winter pantry salsa)
  Jalapeno roots spice blend 4 Tablespoon (2-4 tablespoons for organic winter pantry salsa)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste for organic winter pantry salsa)
Directions

MAKING
1. For guacamole, in bowl mash together avocado pulp, Serrano chili, garlic, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and paprika.
2. For the salsa in a bowl mix together crushed tomato, corn kernel, kidney beans, and cilantro.
3. Then, add lime juice, spice blends, and salt to it. Mix it well.

SERVING
4. Garnish guacamole with a piece of lime and tomato.
5. Serve both with corn chips or with your favorite dippers.
