Guacamole

It's great to feel the lingering taste of this Guacamole. A perfect companion to any main course, this Guacamole is an easily made recipe!
Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Small
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mash the avocado and stir in lemon juice immediately to prevent discoloration.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
A little cooked crumbled bacon may be added or a fresh, diced tomato.
Unless you're going to serve this immediately, cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise to prevent discoloration.
