|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Mash the avocado and stir in lemon juice immediately to prevent discoloration.
Add remaining ingredients.
A little cooked crumbled bacon may be added or a fresh, diced tomato.
Unless you're going to serve this immediately, cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise to prevent discoloration.
