Guacamole With White Onion

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 Large
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled, seeded and chopped
  White onion 1⁄2 Small, minced
  Serrano chilies 2 , chopped (Or More Canned)
  Fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) Pare and mash the avocados using a fork.
2) Combine with the other ingredients.

SERVING
3) Pile into a serving dish and serve immediately.
