Guacamole Dip With Crudites
|Ripe avocado pears||2|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Fruit)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Tomatoes||4 Small, peeled, seeded and chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, peeled, finely chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
1. Peel avocados and remove stones. Mash finely with a fork and mix with lemon juice, garlic, if used, tomatoes, onion, parsley, oil and seasoning to taste.
2. Place in refrigerator to chill before serving.
3. Prepare the crudites and serve with guacamole dip.
4. Serve the guacamole in a small dish in the centre of a plate, arrange the crudites ound the edge.
