Guacamole

Ingredients
  Avocados 1 1⁄2 Pound (Very Ripe, 2 Large)
  Green onions 3 , cut into 2 inch lengths
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut into small pieces
  Tomato 1 Small, quartered
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon, squeezed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Vinaigrette herb dressing/Similar oil and vinegar dressing 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Scoop out the avocado pulp with a spoon.
2) In a food processor with a metal blade, process the green onions, green pepper, tomato, avocado, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and dressing together until the ingredients are finely chopped.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
