Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Medium (Ripe)
  Ripe avocado 1 Medium
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Liquid red pepper seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Large, peeled, chopped and drained
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Halve avocado, skin and hollow. Put the content in a a medium-size bowl and mash.

MAKING
2) Add remaining ingredients and blend the mixture.
3) Cover and chill.

SERVING
4) Before serving, spoon into small bowls. Pass with crisp corn sticks.
