|Avocado||1 Large, peeled, halved, pitted, cut in 1-inch pieces|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In the bowl, position the knife and add all the ingredients.
2) Pulse about 3 times to ensure that all the ingredients have mixed and then process for about a minute. You might have to stop and scrape down sides of the bowl once or twice during the processing.
3) Store in the fridge till it is time to serve.
4) Serve cold with crackers or corn chips.
