Quick Guacamole

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 Large, pitted, peeled and chopped
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Roma tomato 1 , chopped to make 1/3 cup
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Blue corn tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium large bowl, mix the ripe avocados, lime juice, cayenne pepper, chopped tomato, cilantro, and salt to form a chunky paste

SERVING
2. Serve immediately with tortilla chips
