Guacamole From Mexico
|Avocados||2 , peeled and mashed|
|Fresh red chilies/1/2 level teaspoon chili powder||1 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely chopped|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Salt||To Taste (Little)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Red pepper strips||1⁄2 Tablespoon, thinly sliced|
|Tomato twists||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1) Allow avocados to be mashed with chilli, olive oil and lemon juice.
2) Pour in enough oil that can be absorbed by the mixture and add in seasoning and onion.
3) In a pottery or wooden bowl, serve the preparation cold on garnishing with lemon and tomato twists or red pepper strips.
