Guacamole Dip With Crispy Vegetables

Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled
  Ripe avocados 1 1⁄2 Pound (2 Avocados)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped canned chili pepper 2 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cauliflowerets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled
  Celery stick 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Crisp)
  Green onions 1
  Radishes 1
  Cucumber stick 4
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a medium bowl, add tomato and using a potato masher, crush it.
2. Cut the avocados lengthwise into halves, deseed and peel. Slice avocados, add to crushed tomatoes and using the potato masher, mash till the mixture blends well. Mix chili pepper, vinegar, onion and salt thoroughly with the mixture.

SERVING
3. Transfer to a bowl, arrange vegetables around the bowl and serve.
