|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion rings||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato slices||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Marinate the finely chopped onion in lemon juice for at least 2 hours.
Mash the peeled avocados well and mix with the onion and lemon juice.
Pile on to a platter decorated with onion rings and tomato slices and scatter with finely chopped peppers.
