Guacamole

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chili/Jalapeno or other 1⁄2 Small
Directions

MAKING
1)Peel the avocados and cut into half.
2)Mix together lemon juice, salt, garlic and chile and blend well.

SERVING
3)Serve with potato chips or taco chips.

TIPS
4)Leave pit of avocado in bowl until serving to prevent avocados becoming black.
