|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cilantro||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
Scoop out avocado and mashed well.
Add all ingredients and mix.
Serve with pork rinds or as a side with fajitas.
When storing in the refrigerator, put avocado seed in center and cover with plastic wrap, pushing wrap down onto top surface of guacamole, to eliminate air pockets.
This will prevent browning.
