Beefy Guacamole Dip
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, minced|
|Spices & seasonings||1 Ounce (For Tacos, 1 Package)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Guacamole||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, chopped|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly drain fat.
Add Spices & Seasonings for Tacos and water; mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. In small bowl, combine guacamole and tomatoes; mix well.
In large bowl, layer half of beef mixture, guacamole and cheese; repeat layers.
