|Avocados||2 Medium (ripe)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 Small, chopped|
Arrange bacon on three layers of paper towel.
Cover with paper towel.
Microwave at High 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
Peel and pit avocados.
In medium bowl mash avocados with lemon juice, onion salt and chili powder.
Stir into avocado mixture.
Spoon into freezer container.
Label and freeze no longer than 1 month.
To serve, remove from container and place in 1-qt casserole or serving bowl.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 4 to 5 minutes, or until defrosted but still cold, breaking up once.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato.
Serve with corn chips, if desired.
