Tofu Guacamole

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Silken tofu 225 Gram (Soft)
  Red chili 1 Small (Red Bird'S)
  Onions spring 4 , chopped
Directions

Put all the ingredients except the spring onions into a food-processor and blend to a chunky dip (not a puree).
Add the spring onions and mix in well.
Serve with warm pitta bread, crudites or bread sticks.
