Exotic Guacamole

Ingredients
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Avocados 3 , peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2" dice
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Serrano chiles 3 , chopped
  Fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm), chopped (1 Small Bunch)
  Fresh lime juice To Taste
Directions

In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Combine with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Taste for seasoning.
