Ingredients
  Avocados 2 Large
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped seeded canned mild chili peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Mild chili peppers 2 Tablespoon, seeded and finely chopped
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Coriander seed 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Peel and pit avocados, reserving one pit.
Mash avocados with pastry blender or fork.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
To prevent darkening, put pit atop mixture; cover.
Chill.
Remove pit before serving.
