Chilled Guacamole

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
  Tomatoes 3 , skinned, seeded and chopped
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lime slices 4 (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel, halve and stone the avocados.
Puree in an electric blender, with the garlic, onion, lime juice, Tabasco, tomatoes and parsley, until smooth.
Season liberally with salt and pepper, add the chilli powder and blend again until thoroughly mixed.
Pile into a serving dish and chill for 1 hour.
Garnish with lime slices and serve with melba toast or brown bread.
