Perfect Guacamole

Ingredients
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Serrano chilies 2 , seeded and coarsely chopped (Begin With A Little And Add More To Taste)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Teaspoon (Do Not Substitute Ground Coriander As It Has A Completely Different Flavor)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Ripe avocados 2 Large, halved, seeded and peeled
  Tomato 1 Large, peeled, seeded and chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Lime juice To Taste
  Taco chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)
Directions

Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons onion with chilies, garlic, coriander and lime juice in processor and chop using on/off turns until semi-pureed.
Turn into mixing bowl.
Add avocado and mash with fork.
Add tomato and remaining onion and toss to blend.
Season to taste with salt and lime juice.
Serve at room temperature with Homemade Taco Chips.
Can be prepared several hours ahead and refrigerated.
Sprinkle guacamole with lime juice to prevent darkening.
