Simple Guacamole

First made popular in Spain, Guacamole is a popular American dish made by mashing avocado in molcajete, tomatoes, and salt.
Ingredients
  Avocados 2
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice avocados in half.Chop tomato into small pieces,add these diced tomato with avocado in a bowl,add salt,lime juice & onion powder.Mash avocado well either with a fork or in a molcajete.
Refrigerate & serve.
