Guacamole

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 , pitted and peeled
  Shallot 1 Medium, minced
  Canned chopped green chilies 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Hot / Medium / Mild)
  Plum tomato 1 , finely chopped
  Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Dash (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
Directions

Place the avocado flesh in a medium bowl; mash with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky.
Stir in the shallot, chiles, tomato, lime juice, salt, ground pepper, and pepper sauce.
