|Low fat cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, chopped|
|Hot chili peppers||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
|Avocado||1 , quartered|
|Tomato||1 , chopped|
Place the cottage cheese, parsley, onions, chili peppers, lime juice, coriander, and garlic in a food processor or blender.
Process on medium speed until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container as necessary.
Add the avocado and continue processing on medium speed until all of the ingredients are combined.
Place in a serving container and top with the tomatoes.
