Vegetable Soy Grits Loaf

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated (Raw Variety)
  String beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and pureed
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Along With Tops)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Whole grain bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy grits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked in 0.5 cup stock
  Sunflower seed meal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350° F. for about 20 minutes.
