Corn Soy Grits Casserole

Ingredients
  Corn 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Soy grits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked in 0.25 cup milk
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Grits)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), scalded, cooled to lukewarm
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Onion 1 , grated
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled casserole.
Set in shallow pan of hot water.
Bake at 350° F. for about 1 hour, until set.
