Annamae Swanson'S Cheese Grits

Ingredients
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Corn grits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Velveeta cheese 1 Pound
  Eggs 3 , well beaten
  Tabasco sauce 12 Tablespoon
  Lawry's seasoned salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the cold water, salt, and corn grits in a small bowl.
Add grits mixture to boiling water in a medium saucepan.
Cook 20 minutes or until tender.
When grits are cooked, add butter, cheese, eggs, Tabasco sauce, and seasoned salt.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake in a 350°F.
Oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
