Grits Combo is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. The effortlessly prepared Grits Combo is a dish that you would love to serve at your party.
  Regular grits 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray, place over medium heat until hot.
Add onion and red pepper; saute 3 minutes or until tender.
Add tomatoes and pepper.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine water and salt in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil.
Add grits; cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in tomato mixture, and serve immediately.
