Grits 'N Greens Dinner Bake

  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Uncooked regular grits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce
  Shredded swiss cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Bring water and salt to a boil in a large saucepan; gradually add grits, stirring constantly.
Cover, reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes.
Add spinach, Swiss cheese, and ham, stirring until cheese melts.
Stir in eggs and mustard.
Pour into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
