Hominy Grits Muffins
|Cold cooked hominy grits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
Mix the grits and milk in a bowl.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and stir into grits mixture.
Stir in the eggs and place in well-greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
