Jalapeno Cheese Grits

|Quick cooking grits||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boiling water||2 Quart|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Roll jalapeno cheese||1|
|Velveeta cheese||8 Ounce, diced (1 Package)|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Eggs||4 , well beaten|
Stir grits into 2 quarts boiling water gradually; add butter, cheeses and onion.
Stir until cheeses and butter melt.
Fold eggs into mixture.
Pour into large well-greased casserole.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until mixture is set.
