Jalapeno Cheese Grits

Ingredients
  Quick cooking grits 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Quart
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Roll jalapeno cheese 1
  Velveeta cheese 8 Ounce, diced (1 Package)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
Directions

Stir grits into 2 quarts boiling water gradually; add butter, cheeses and onion.
Stir until cheeses and butter melt.
Fold eggs into mixture.
Pour into large well-greased casserole.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until mixture is set.
