Garlic Grits

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Quick cooking grits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Garlic cheese 2⁄3 , finely diced
  Corn flakes 3 Cup (48 tbs), crushed
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Combine 11/2 cups boiling water, milk, salt, grits, margarine, eggs and half the cheese in casserole; stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Top with corn flakes.
Pour butter over corn flakes; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cook in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.
