Cheese Grits

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Grits 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Instant / Quick)
  Velveeta cheese/Sharp cheddar 1 Pound
  Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1 1/2 Sticks)
  Canned chopped pimentos 4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Canned chopped green chilies 4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Bring water to boil, add grits and cook about 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Beat eggs and add a little of the hot grits while beating; then add rest of grits and margarine.
Cut cheese into small pieces and add to grits mixture along with pimentos and chiles.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
