Quick Grits

Ingredients
  Quick grits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Measure grits and salt into 2 quart baking pan.
Pour boiling water over grits.
Cook, uncovered, in Radarange oven 5 minutes, stirring after 2 1/2 minutes.
Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
Top each serving with a pat of butter or margarine.
