Easy Cheesy Grits

This is so yummy and cheesy! Perfect with fish! Ok, this recipe is really hard… ready?
Ingredients
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Grits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (5 minutes)
  Pepper jack cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled (with jalapenos)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan with boiling water, add the grits and stir well to mix and bring to boil.
2. Sprinkle pepper jack cheese, and stir.
3. Add cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper, and stir to mix.
4. Put in the butter, turn the heat to medium low and cook for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve hot as desired.
