  Boiling water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Margarine stick 1 1⁄2
  Grits 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Pound, cubed or grated
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
Directions

Bring water, salt, and margarine to boil; add grits gradually.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Add eggs; stir rapidly.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Bake 1 hour in preheated 250 to 300°F oven.
