|Cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green pepper||To Taste|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seeds||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mustard seeds||2 Teaspoon|
Mix chopped vegetables together in a bowl, add salt, and let stand 1/2 hour.
Boil remaining ingredients together for 5 minutes, then pour over vegetables.
This relish may be used immediately when cold and stored several days in refrigerator or pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately.
