Mussels With Celery
|Mussels||3 Quart (4 Liter)|
|Oil||3 Tablespoon (About 45 Milliliter)|
|Tomatoes||6 , peeled and chopped|
|Celery stick||4 , finely chopped|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Pint (About 150 Milliliter Or 5/8 Cup)|
1 Thoroughly clean the mussels and remove their beards.
Cook them in a pan in the oil until they open.
Place them in a heated serving dish.
2 Add the tomatoes and celery to the pan, season and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the yogurt, pour the sauce over the mussels, and serve hot.
