|Chopped celery leaves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sweet red peppers||4|
|Sweet green peppers||4|
|Sugar||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|White vinegar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Mustard seed||1⁄3 Teaspoon|
Combine vegetables; cover with boiling water.
Let stand for 10 minutes; drain well.
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, turmeric and mustard seed; bring to a boil.
Add vegetables and sim mer for 5 minutes.
Pack boiling hot into steri lized jars and seal.
