Curried Corn And Celery
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Corn on the cob||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine first 7 ingredients in a skillet over medium heat, stir well.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in celery, cover, and cook an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add sour cream, stirring constantly, just until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.)
