I tried this Shrimp-Stuffed Celery for the seafood party last week and believe me when I say that it was an instant hit. For garinishing you can opt for paprika or onion or chives. Give this juicy and yummy Shrimp-Stuffed Celery a try.
|Canned shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), well-drained|
|Finely chopped green onion/Chives||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Chopped nuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery stalks||7 , cut into 3 inch pieces|
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except celery; mix well.
Spoon about 2 teaspoons mixture into each celery piece.
If desired, garnish with paprika or additional sliced onion or chopped chives.
