Abalone And Celery
|Abalone||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Sesame oil/Nut oil||1 Tablespoon|
Drain the abalone, keeping the juice for soup.
Cut the abalone into fine shreds.
Wash the celery and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Put in a pan of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, then drain.
Freshen under cold running water.
Drain and mix with the abalone.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
Add abalone mixture, toss well and serve cold.
