|Light cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce|
|Grated onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery ribs||2 , trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces|
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and blue cheese, mix until well blended.
Add grated onion, mustard, horseradish and worcestershire sauce.
Beat until smooth.
Put cheese mixture in a pastry bag fitted with a large leaf tip, pipe mixture into celery sticks (or use a spoon to fill the celery).
Note: This filling is also good piped into cored cherry tomatoes.
